Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Bicycle Shipping
Bicycles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Most bicycles arrive partially assembled and may require basic assembly before use, such as:
- Installing pedals
- Straightening handlebars
- Adjusting the seat
- Performing final safety checks
We recommend having your bicycle assembled and inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and package dimensions.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and contents immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos when submitting your claim.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
