Miclo Bikes is based in London, UK. We offer UK delivery for bikes, frames, components and accessories, with international shipping available for selected orders.

UK Delivery

We ship throughout the UK. Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and type of item and will normally be shown at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Bike & Frame Delivery

Bikes and frames are carefully packed to help protect them during transport.

Complete bikes may require some minor assembly after delivery, such as fitting or straightening the handlebars, installing pedals or fitting a wheel, depending on how the bike has been packed.

If you're unsure about assembly, we recommend having the bike checked by a competent bicycle mechanic before riding.

London Collection

Collection from Miclo Bikes in London is available by arrangement. Please contact us before visiting to arrange a suitable time and confirm your order is ready.

UK Bike Collection Service

Found a bike on Facebook Marketplace, eBay or elsewhere in the UK, but can't collect it yourself?

Miclo Bikes may be able to arrange collection on your behalf for an additional cost. Depending on the location and item, we can organise collection and help arrange packing and onward delivery.

Contact us with the bike details, collection location and your delivery location and we'll let you know what options are available.

International Delivery

We can ship many bikes, frames and components internationally.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Specialist Packing Service

Alongside bicycles and cycling equipment, we have experience packing fragile, valuable and unusually shaped items, including artwork.

We can offer a custom packing service even when the item is not cycling-related. The packing method can be tailored to the size, shape, weight and fragility of the item.

If you have artwork, a fragile item or something difficult to pack safely, contact us with photographs, dimensions and details of the item and we can discuss the available options and provide a quote.
